Insurance Account Representative - Desjardins Agent Team Member

Location: Clarington / Courtice

Responsibilities:

• Data Entry and Gathering of accurate information. 
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Work with the Manager to establish and meet marketing goals.

Requirements:

• Sales experience (outside sales, retail sales or hospitality / servers) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• History of providing an Awesome client experiences 
• the genuine desire to be part of a winning culture and fun work environment
• Property & Casualty license OTL or RIBO (preferred/must be able to obtain) 
• Any Post Secondary Marketing or Business studies would be an asset

Salary:

$45,000 - $75,000 Including Salary, Commissions, Bonuses, Benefits and other Incentives to Start

These positions are with an independent contractor agent that is part of the Desjardins exclusive agent network, not with Desjardins Group or its subsidiaries.
