During a Typical Day, You’ll:
- Prospect and identify potential B2B clients through outbound initiatives.
- Tailor sales pitches and proposals to address client needs and pain points.
- Control the full-cycle sales process.
- Overcome objections and guide clients through the final stages towards closure.
- Identify opportunities to maximize revenue with existing clients.
- Ensure precise documentation of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Continuously manage and prioritize building a strong sales pipeline.
- Onboard new clients and maintain strong client relationships.
- And other tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of B2B outbound sales experience as a sales executive, business development manager, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Enjoyment of the entire sales process.
- Self-motivated and results-driven approach to consistently achieve, and exceed sales targets.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of the health, beauty, and supplements industry is a must.
- Availability to work at least 3 hours between 15:00-19:00 (EET)
Salary: $2500 - $4000 per month + Commissions
Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
