Match Retail presents an exhilarating Nespresso extravaganza, and we're on the lookout for a dynamic squad of Brand Ambassadors to play pivotal roles, ranging from customer engagement to delivering an unparalleled coffee experience and picture this: it's not icing on the cake, it's Maple syrup baby – pure yum!

Event Highlights:

• Location: Yorkdale Shopping Centre, 3401 Dufferin Street, Toronto, ON M6A2T9
• Dates: March 22 to March 24
• Shifts:
  • Friday, March 22: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. & 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Saturday, March 23: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. & 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Sunday, March 24: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Onboarding: Completed by March 17th, 2024
• Virtual Training: March 18th (1-hour paid training)

Compensation Package:

• 2 Team Leaders @ $22/hr working 3 days Friday, Saturday and Sunday for a total of 24 hours
• 2 Team Leaders @ $22/hr working 2 days Friday and Saturday for a total of 13 hours
• 16 BAs @ $20/hr working 3 days Friday, Saturday and Sunday for a total of 24 hours
• 16 BAs @ $20/hr working 2 days Friday and Saturday for a total of 12-13 hours

Key Responsibilities:

Dive into a variety of roles:

• Captivate customers at the entrance with pamphlets
• Play the role of a Barista, serving Nespresso magic
• Craft delectable Maple Syrup ice candy for delighted customers
• Keep the booth stocked with coffee and Maple syrup candy
• Ensure ample pamphlets for distribution

Additional responsibilities include:

• Booth setup and preparation for the opening
• Booth closing, securing all products
• Customer engagement to create an unforgettable experience
• Smooth event operations and vigilant stock management
• Prompt communication of needs and updates to Team Leaders and Account Managers
• Daily reporting and timekeeping

Prerequisites:

• Essential Tool: A smartphone for real-time reporting.
• Uniform: All-black outfit (Pants, T-shirt/shirt, shoes)

Desired Qualities:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service or Brand Ambassador experience
• Vibe: Upbeat and outgoing personality. We're looking for someone as excited to work as they are to create outstanding customer experiences.
• Endurance: Comfortable standing for extended hours
