Job Title: Staffing Consultant - Light Industrial Division
Location: Brantford, Ontario
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
1. Sales (60 %)
Actively engage in selling Randstad staffing solutions to prospective clients through phone contact and personalized visits.
Utilize targeted marketing tools to develop and grow the client database, fostering strong relationships.
2. Managing Client Accounts (40%)
Present top candidates to clients, focusing on finding the right fit for open positions.
Build client relationships to become their primary provider of staffing and recruitment solutions.
3. Candidate Service/Administrative Responsibilities
Recruit, screen, interview, and assess candidates daily to fill open positions within a set timeframe.
Ensure candidates find suitable employment aligned with their needs.
Work Environment:
Hybrid-Remote/In-Office.
Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm – no weekends or evenings.
