Job description

Position: Supply Clerk PERMANENT
Location : Châteauguay
Field : Industrial
Present
Schedule : 40 hours per week flexible, must be present between 10:00 am and 3:30 pm minimum
Salary : 45 000$ to 50 000$ depending on your experience

We are currently partnering with a Châteauguay-based company specializing in robotics to fill a purchasing and shipping clerk position.

Responsibilities
As a supply clerk in Châteauguay, your tasks will mainly consist of :

- Make quotations and orders for raw materials;
- Follow up on daily orders/deliveries of material to suppliers;
- Follow and record the receipt of merchandise as well as direct shipments to the customer;
- Enter inventory receipts and issues into the computer system;
- Plan periodic counts according to the established strategy, analyze discrepancies and make the necessary corrections to balance the inventories;
- Carry out the coding of parts and the recording of locations;
- Complete complaint files, forward them to suppliers, and follow up on them;
- Coordinate incoming/outgoing parts shipments;
- Prepare packing slips;
- Coordinate with the broker to ensure that all necessary documents are in place for the transportation of the order.

Qualifications
To apply, you must:

- Have relevant experience in a procurement or logistics role;
- Have an advanced level of English as a minimum;
- Have experience with an ERP system and a good knowledge of the Office suite;
- Be meticulous, organized, pro-active and a team player;
- Have the desire to learn and grow in your position.
