Reporting to the National Sales Manager this role is all about taking the lead in account development at an executive level. If youve got a knack for building relationships with chain restaurants facilities management services companies transportation and hospitality businesses this might just be the perfect fit for you!

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Utilize your existing relationships with our target customers to craft and execute strategies that drive sales growth and expand market share within chain restaurants facilities management services transportation and hospitality market segments as well as broadline distribution.

Cultivate and nurture strong longterm relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders at the national account level.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing and product development to not only meet but exceed customer needs and propel product innovation.

Stay ahead of the curve by understanding market trends competitor activities and industry developments identifying new opportunities that keep us at the forefront of the market.

Showcase your prowess by preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations proposals and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Be a negotiation maestro as you collaborate with the sales leadership team to finalize contracts pricing and terms.

Pack your bags as travel will be necessary to meet clients and attend industry events.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bring at least 5 years of experience in national account management within the food packaging or related industry with a specific focus on servicing chain restaurants facilities management services companies and broadline distribution.

Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the supply chain and process flow from manufacturer to distributor to end user.

Prove your mettle with a track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and building successful client relationships.

Bonus points if youve got experience with hospitality chains airlines and other transportation sectors.

Showcase your strong negotiation communication and presentation skills.

Exhibit your ability to analyze data interpret market trends and make strategic decisions.

Proficiency in CRM software and Salesforce is a must.
