Job description
BCIT's *School of Construction and the Environment* is seeking a *temporary, full-time (1.0 FTE) Project Lead, Mass Timber and Offsite Construction*. This position leads projects that focus on exploring opportunities to develop curriculum and pilot programs that will support both the entry level and the upskilling of individuals in the mass timber and offsite construction sector. Works within a team of interdisciplinary colleagues to identify training opportunities and to implement changes or improvements within existing BCIT programs. Identifies curriculum training gaps and proposes solutions to address them. Prepares project plans, identifies project resources, monitors project progress and resources from project initiation to completion.
