Key Responsibilities:

• Gain hands-on expertise in collecting and organizing property data.
• Develop skills in validating and ensuring the accuracy of property information.
• Cold call with confidence, set those appointments, and own the conversation..
• Elevate your game with ongoing Commercial Real Estate training – knowledge is power.
• Move up the ranks by gaining expertise in cold calling, managing rejection, and improving your overall Commercial Real Estate proficiency.

Qualifications:

Absolutely no experience? No problem! We're all about potential.

• 0 experience - No prior experience required; you bring the passion; we'll bring the know-how. Comprehensive training awaits both experienced and entry-level candidates.

• English C2 level or above.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday,

40 hours per week we offer 2 schedules USA Mountain Time or Eastern Standard

Compensation:

• Competitive monthly base salary $1,300 - $1,500 monthly
• Monthly commission, bonus opportunities and SPIFs
• Paid U.S. holidays

Technical Requirements:

• Core i5, 8GB of RAM, and a reliable high-speed internet connection (20Mbps down, 5Mbps up minimum).
• A great headset to ensure clear and effective communication.
• A quiet workspace and minimal interruptions during work hours for optimal productivity.
