Position:Sales & Customer Care Associates
Work Schedule:Part-Time, 18 – 20 hours/week (Weekend availability required, additional hours during peak season)
Location:Willowbrook Art Gallery, Willowbrook Shopping Centre, Langley
Address: 19705 Fraser Hwy, Langley

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with art purchases
• Achieve sales targets
• Provide custom framing services to clients
• Manage inventory efficiently
• Open and close the store daily
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Job Requirements:

Education:High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:Retail experience preferred, but not mandatory

Skills:

• Proficient in processing customer transactions
• Excellent communication skills (Fluent in English)
• Ability to calculate taxes using a calculator

Availability:Must be available on weekends and evenings (flexible schedule required)

Physical and Mental Demands:

• Positive attitude and honesty are essential
• Ability to lift objects up to 20lb, including framed pictures
• Comfortable using a ladder to retrieve items (up to 6 steps)
