Job description
ATCO Two Rivers Camps Services Ltd is seeking applications from local job seekers in the Peace River region of British Columbia.
The successful candidate for this position must be from Fort St John, BC or the surrounding area. It is based on 9 days on, 5 days off rotation.
Where we work and live:
Located: 7 kilometers southwest of Fort St. John, BC.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a conciliatory relationship with customers, vendors, and maintenance personal.
- Work with corporate SeviceMax team through submissions of Change Requests to facilitate updates to CMMS, correct product stock, location and asset-based issues with CMMS as well as any technician generated errors which require the attention of the corporate team.
- Train maintenance personnel on ServiceMax and work as a team to implement a viable work request/order process and a document management process.
- In consultation/conjunction with the Maintenance Manager/Supervisor review, organize, and assign preventive maintenance Work Orders and any required supporting documents to maintenance staff and in a timely manner each month.
- Assist with preparation of completed Preventive Maintenance documents from the maintenance personnel to a centralized file system in Calgary. Where applicable, open Corrective Maintenance (CM) work orders and document corrective measures for work completed, materials used, and time taken to complete tasks. Once finished, complete and close the Corrective Maintenance work orders.
- Review completed work orders from staff, confirm entered data, materials used, and time taken to complete task then close out the Work Order if all requirements met.
- When applicable, open reimbursable work orders. Complete and close when documents are received from each site. Maintain files for closed reimbursable work orders.
- Maintain database for material and tool inventory including the vendors list.
- As directed, work with site-based staff to issue purchase orders for materials, tools or contract work required.
- Prepare and Issue requested management reports as needed.
- Maintain records and maintenance information in an organized, neat manner that facilitates easy retrieval of information.
- Maintain copies of all official correspondence.
- Provide timely responses to corporate and site accounting on all requests for information.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must have 2+ years of experience in a commercial or light industrial environment in a customer service environment utilizing a CMMS.
- Experience with ServiceMax.
- Must have the ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of work with accuracy, while prioritizing.
- Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, and Office 365
- Strong oral and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a group environment.
- Experience in the use of databases and electronic file management software.
- Strong customer service orientation skills and a desire to achieve results.
- Experience in a technical or engineering environment would be an asset.
- Some experience or exposure to general accounting practices and system would be an asset.
