In this role your primary responsibilities will be to market prospect generate new business leads and participate in ongoing weekly training sessions. Working remotely from anywhere with your laptop and phone you will generate quality leads via online social media marketing conduct professional phone interviews & communicate with leads all managed by our top tier backend system and tools.

Receive personalized oneonone training from seasoned professionals company leaders and top earners all focused on your success. Our Organization follows a structured proven system and the training and guidance you will receive is current complete and thorough.

Qualifications & Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience working in a similar role or for yourself
• Demonstrated ability to work independently by being selfmotivated and disciplined
• Strong English communication skills both written and oral
• Display general computer competency with some experience in social media applications or a willingness to learn
• Goal oriented and focused mindset
• Coachable and open to receiving training and support to grow and succeed in this role
• Have a positive ICan IWill attitude to achieve and overachieve

Tasks And Responsibilities

• You will have the option of working full or parttime although we do require you to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
• Participate in weekly training calls most via Zoom
• Implement Marketing programs and strategies to generate leads. We use most current Social Media outlets and provide proven and complete online and live training
• Interview leads and guide them through a structured interview process.
• Pipeline and lead management is done through our online backend systems
• Work autonomously entirely remote using your laptop and phone
