Job description
Coast Immigration Ltd located at 110 Hwy 33 W Kelowna, BC, Canada V1X 1X7 is currently looking for 1 full time Legal Assistant to join our team asap.
Job duties:
- Prepare and Maintain the legal documents related to the company and clients.
- Ensure the documents have been maintained and made following the legal procedure by reviewing and proofreading.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Set up and maintain filing systems of the documents and utilize knowledge of legal documents and procedures.
- Coordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments or organizations
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines on the daily basis.
- May supervise and train other staff in procedures and in the use of current software
- Perform other general office work as required including preparing financial statements.
Job Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for secretaries or legal secretaries is usually required.
- 1-2 years of experience in related field is required.
Terms of Employment:
Wage: $35.00 per hour for 40 hours a week. Overtime starts after 40 hours a week.
