As a Benefits Specialist, your role is to provide outstanding client service while efficiently managing the clients needs. This position is a remote role. Your responsibilities will include ensuring seamless communication with clients, addressing inquiries, and performing all related administration duties. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

YOUR IMPACT

• You will engage with clients within a proactive service model, ensuring best in class service
• You will support onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition
• You will engage with clients and providers by email, phone, and video meetings, as appropriate.
• You will manage plan amendments, coordinating with internal departments and carriers
• You will create and deliver client presentations on the zoom platform or other meeting platforms

Skills/Abilities:

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Action oriented and able to prioritize while handling multiple tasks
• Ability to protect and maintain confidentiality of data
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Qualifications:

• NO Previous Insurance experience needed
