PART TIME EDUCATION ADMINISTRATOR

The  Oxford Learning Centre, Mississauga Central is growing! To ensure our growth in the current and upcoming school years, we are looking for a PART TIME EDUCATION ADMINISTRATOR to join our dynamic team. We require a team member with a positive upbeat personality, who is passionate about learning and teaching, and has outstanding administrative skills. Job description :

This is an In-Person role ONLY.

***NO OVERSEAS OR OUT OF PROVINCE APPLICATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED***

MUST HAVES for this role :

• Post-secondary Education in Child & Youth Care and/or Social Work
• Customer Service Experience in client facing roles
• Strong Communication Skills, verbal and written
• MUST live in the Greater Toronto Area

Our Centres require someone who is :

• Highly organized and adaptable when new tasks unexpectedly arise
• Confident in writing student reports and providing feedback
• Able to think on their feet
• A master at managing competing priorities
• Personable, friendly, out-going, creative, confident and energetic
• Confident in communicating with students, parents and school teachers in person and on the phone
• Able to coordinate schedules for students and teachers and help manage centre events

Some of your duties will include, but are not limited to :

• Conducting assessments on new students
• Teaching small groups as needed
• Helping to design academic programs for students
• Helping to train and evaluate teachers
• Making connections with students, parents and new clients
• Helping create a fun and energetic learning environment in our centres every day!

Job Type : Part-time - 16-20 hours a week

Salary : $18 - $19.50 / hour

Schedule :

• Monday to Thursday 4pm - 8pm
• Saturdays 10am - 2pm
