Join a dynamic team in a very busy environment.  Yorkminster Park is a large church and a very important community hub for arts and cultural events in mid-town Toronto.  The Director of Operations is a key member of the senior management team.

Overview of Church and Community

Large Baptist Church in mid-town Toronto with a vibrant congregation.  The church has a strong association with the musical arts community.  Our Sunday morning webcast has many international viewers.

Church Purpose | Mission Statement

Yorkminster Park is a place of sanctuary, prayer and peace within the city of Toronto.  It is a caring community engaged in outreach and mission in response to the needs within and beyond our walls, and around the world.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Degree in Business Administration/Commerce or 5 years related experience.  Accounting designation would be an asset.  Experience and understanding of working in a church culture or similar non-profit would be beneficial.

Role and Responsibilities

Facility management.  Ministerial team support.  Accounting and finance coordination.  Human resources. Community relations.  IT technology.  Full position description at: yorkminsterpark.com

Preferred Skills

Proficiency in IT applications including MS Office and ACS Financial, People and Scheduler.

Outstanding communication, technical and analytical skills.

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
