As an IT Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks will be essential in supporting project teams and driving project success. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure project milestones are met.
- Track project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and reviews.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to project teams and stakeholders.
- Assist project managers in preparing project plans, budgets, and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or administration, preferably in an IT environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Jira is a plus.
