Responsibilities
• Develop and implement test automation processes, tools, and techniques to ensure the quality and reliability of digital services.
• Design, maintain, and enhance automated test suites, utilizing Cypress or Selenium, to support continuous improvement and delivery pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with Agile teams to integrate automated testing into the software development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with modern technology stacks and methodologies.
• Coach and mentor other quality assurance practitioners to enhance team capacity and proficiency in test automation.
• Execute manual test suites as needed, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and adherence to quality standards.
• Utilize SQL queries to interact with databases (e.g., Postgres, Oracle) for data validation and verification.
• Ensure compliance with non-functional requirements and established privacy and security standards through the development of test automation solutions.
Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5-years’ experience developing and implementing solutions for test automation processes, tools, and techniques.
• A minimum of 3-years' experience performing, developing, maintaining and enhancing automated test suites and manual test suites.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience developing automated test suites using Cypress or Selenium.
• A minimum of 3-years’ Experience working in an agile software development environment using modern technology stacks, tools and techniques, including: RESTful APIs, open-source technologies, continuous delivery, automated testing, microservices-based architecture, and Kubernetes or similar container management platforms.
• Experience coaching and mentoring other quality assurance practitioners to build the team’s capacity.
• Experience with Databases (Postgres, Oracle, etc) and SQL Queries.
Desired Qualifications:
• Experience working in a scaled agile environment.
• Experience developing test automation solutions within an environment with continuous delivery pipelines.
• Experience with containerization, such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift and Google cloud.
• Experience providing test automation solutions to ensure compliance with non-functional requirements and established privacy and security standards.
