ESTIMATING / PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager and take an active role in the assisting of securement of all projects to which you are involved.
• Perform sales, estimating, project management and negotiations of upcoming and existing contracts.
• Uphold our vision and culture in all dealings internally within the company and externally with our client and supplier groups.
• Actively participate in assigned project budgets and tenders and weekly business unit meetings.
• Actively participate in day-to-day management of, and contribution to, the success of active projects.

This will include but not limited to:

• Attendance at project meetings.
• Working with clients to deliver projects within scheduled time frames.
• Ensuring timely material ordering and delivery to facilitate project work.
• Timely pricing and submission of change orders.
• Progress billings.
• Working closely with project superintendents and foremen, general contractors, other clients and subcontractors.
