Job description
Saskatoon Animal Control Agency is contracted for provision of Municipal enforcement within the City of Saskatoon. We are currently seeking a fulltime permanent employees to enforce the City's Animal Control Bylaw No. 7860, and Dangerous Animal Bylaw No. 8176.
Applicants must be bondable, and have a valid drivers license. Experience with animals and bylaw enforcement would be an asset but is not necessary. Training in both will be provided. Applicants must be available to work shift work including evenings and weekends. Must reside within city limits.
Duties include, but are not limited to: investigation and identification of bylaw infractions, preparation of court documents, responding to and documenting all enquiries from the public, handling of animals and transport, bike patrol, resolving and reporting on infractions.
