Accounts Payable Administrator:
Our client is searching for a meticulous Accounts Payable Administrator to join their growing business. The primary focus of this role is accurate and efficient data entry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage data entry tasks for various branches and entities.
Your success will be determined by your ability to: - Perform timely and accurate data entry of credit card information, quotes, sales orders, and invoices from customers into QuickBooks across multiple branches and companies.
- Maintain meticulous records of transactions, including invoices, payments, and customer details to facilitate smooth financial operations
- Collaborate with branch managers and other team members to obtain necessary documentation and information for data entry purposes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding data entry, payment processing, and financial record keeping.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in payments or invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service
- Adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively to meet the demands of the fast-paced environment
Your strengths include: - Proven experience in data entry, preferably in an accounts payable or finance-related role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention detail and accuracy in numerical data entry and financial record-keeping
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a dynamic work environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders
- Experience working with multiple branches or entities and managing data entry processes for different locations is an asset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives
