PAYROLL CLERK
OBJECTIVE:
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Clerk with strong communication skills and expertise in payroll software. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in ensuring seamless operations by effectively overseeing the payroll process with a commitment to precision and professionalism.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurately process and manage payroll records for employees
- Ensure adherence to relevant industry regulations and standards when handling payroll tasks
- Utilize specialized software to efficiently calculate wages, deductions, and benefits
- Communicate effectively with staff members regarding any queries or issues related to their compensation
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary data for accurate pay calculations
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-6 years of experience in a similar role
- Workday experience is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Expertise in Payroll Softwares
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
