What Does It Take?
- 40-50 hour work weeks, part-time is also negotiable.
- Weekend flexibility (weather dependent)
- A coachable mindset and the ability to take feedback and criticism effectively
- Willingness to learn how to speak with clients and handle their questions and concerns
- A desire to build on our positive community atmosphere and an alignment with our brand values
- Access to a full-time vehicle and license

What's The Pay?
Starting at $18/hr, the most motivated and willing will make $25-27/hr! Opportunity for bonuses and prizes as well!
