Job description


Primary Responsibilities:
1. Managing staffing needs, including recruitment, training, and staff retention initiatives at the store.
2. Conducting comprehensive market research and analyzing trends to ascertain consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' activities on sales of electric bikes in Saskatoon.
3. Supervising other staff and delegating responsibilities effectively at the store.
4. Strategizing, overseeing, and assessing the operations of establishments involved in the store and electric fat bike sales, or specific departments within such establishments.
5. Engaging in vendor sourcing and negotiation as needed to procure merchandise for resale.
6. Enhancing customer service standards and promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns about the e-bikes at the store.
7. Formulating budgets, approving expenditures, and tracking revenues.
8. Developing and executing marketing strategies to promote products or services in the market.
9. Deciding on the range of merchandise and services to be offered and implementing pricing and credit policies accordingly to improve the performance of the store.
