Job description
Position Summary
Have you always wanted to travel for work? Then this is your chance to take on this challenge at an innovative company. As a service engineer you are on the road a lot about 80% of your time. Depending on your experience, as a supervisor you coordinate the installation and/ or commissioning of our machines and production lines at customers location, often within Europe, but also in Russia and the Middle East.
You also provide support and advise customers with technical problems, carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on new and existing machines and production lines and ensure the technical proper functioning of the various installations.
Supervision of the building and installation of the new machines and production lines at the customers.
Commissioning the new machines and production lines at the customers.
If you have experience with PLC programming, you optimize the PLC programs during commissioning.
You instruct the operators and maintenance service of customers regarding the use and maintenance of the machines and production lines.
You prepare reports (in English) regarding the work performed
Assess the technical condition and operation of machines and production lines and advise the project team and/ or the service department.
Required Education and Experience
Higher professional education preferably in the direction of Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
International work experience is a plus.
Communicative in English and Dutch
Results-oriented
Flexible and eager to learn
Availability to travel 80% of your time nationally and internationally.
Good control of MS-Office for the preparation of reports.
