At C Kelos Homes, you will play a crucial role in our residential construction projects, from initial site preparation to the final touches that turn a house into a home. You will collaborate with our team of experienced construction professionals, learning from their expertise while contributing your energy and skills to the project. Your responsibilities will include handling and transporting materials, operating tools and equipment, preparing work sites, and assisting in various construction tasks under the guidance of supervisors. You'll ensure that all work is performed safely and meets our quality standards. High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
Strong communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Commitment to safety protocols and a clean work environment.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Legal authorization to work in Canada.
Prior experience in construction or a related field.
Familiarity with hand and power tools.
Basic understanding of construction techniques and blueprints.
