Compensation Package
Wage is dependent on experience

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide support to Service Manager, Safety Manager & Project Management Team
Preparation of work packages
Build technical reports for review
File safety paperwork & document statistics weekly/monthly (paper/electronic documents)
Edit or create various documentation including forms, certificates, procedures & presentations
Data entry
Book training as required
Subcontractor information management
Assist with safety equipment management & supply
Vehicle/equipment maintenance management
Skills and Qualifications
Expert use of Microsoft Office
Degree, diploma, or certificate from a recognized administration program
Experience with data entry
Excellent grammar & proofreading skills
Experience with file management systems (Dropbox, Sharepoint, etc.)
ISN experience would be considered an asset
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn & accept additional responsibilities
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
