Overview:
Whether you are in our Bar & Lounge, the recently updated Dining Room, our outdoor Patio, or the Snack Bar, ensuring an exceptional member experience is the top priority. With your vibrant energy, you bring exceptional communication skills, a naturally outgoing demeanor, and a passion for developing meaningful connections.
Guided by the Floor Supervisor and Restaurant Outlets Manager, and in collaboration with the Catering Manager, you will partner with the back-of-house team to deliver stellar service to our membership and guests.
Wage: $17.00 - $18.00/hour + gratuities
Availability: Minimum 20-25 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, primarily dinner service.
There is a possibility of remaining on staff throughout the year!
Responsibilities:
Greet Members and Guests and ensure they have a great experience from start to finish.
Receive and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and/or bar staff.
Deliver food and beverages with professionalism and courtesy.
Keep up-to-date on all menu offerings and bar selections.
Refresh, clear and re-set tables in an efficient manner.
Maintain a well-stocked service area, ensuring an ample supply of cutlery, linens, and other necessities.
Assist with Events when needed, including event set up and tear down.
Ensure that our members and their guests receive excellent service, adhering to our high standards.
Be a team player and assist other team members when needed.
Carry out tasks as delegated by the Supervisor and offer assistance with spontaneous requests as they arise.
Requirements:
2 years’ experience in Food & Beverage role; appreciated but not required.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
Multi-tasking proficiency and ability to prioritize.
Ability to withstand extended periods of standing, and other physically demanding conditions.
Valid Serving It Right Certificate.
