Job description
The Manager of Marketing & Communications plays an integral role in promoting our organization, showcasing our impact, and telling the many stories in captivating and compelling ways. As a strategic and creative communicator and content creator, you will support all RCMP Heritage Centre teams in promoting and communicating programs and services.
We are looking for a strategic thinker and emerging leader who can juggle multiple projects while executing day to day. We need someone who is energetic and has a breadth of experience to help us take our next big step in service delivery to a national standard. Reporting to the CEO and directed by the CEO and leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in positioning the Centre positively, making community connections, and building the reputation of the Centre as a world-class cultural experience. As the Manager of Marketing and Communications, your priorities will be: strategic leadership and execution for supporting marketing and communications related to the National Status Project, and planning and execution of day to day operational marketing and communications projects and initiatives, and management of our many visitor and brand channels and touchpoints.
