Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Retail Sales Manager role located in Ottawa, ON. The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the daily retail operations at the showroom, managing the sales team, optimizing customer experience, and overseeing and ensuring seamless communication with designers, installers and other tradesmen when necessary.

Qualifications

• Retail Sales, Sales, and Customer Service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in managing a sales team and operations of a retail showroom
• Ability to train, coach and mentor the sales team
• Customer Experience and Customer Service orientation skills
• Experience with natural stones, ceramics, and porcelain tiles is a plus but not mandatory
• Degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field
• 2 years of relevant experience for the position
