As St. Francis Xavier University prepares to launch the largest campaign in their history, we are currently seeking a Campaign Manager to join their Advancement team and implement the campaign vision. Reporting to the Director of Development, the Campaign Manager, is a member of the Advancement team and will be responsible for managing the processes, metrics and relationships that will lead to a successful campaign. With the VP Advancement, the Director of Fund Development and representatives from Marketing and Communications, the Campaign Manager will author a campaign operating plan that includes volunteer structures and recruitment, case statements, and cultivation and solicitation strategies to secure leadership and major gifts to the campaign and develop a strategy for the public phase of the campaign. This is an extraordinary opportunity that will require project management and collaboration across all levels of the University and the constituents it serves.
