Job description
Gray's Decks & Fence based out of Ajax ( //@grays_decks) is looking for a skilled laborer to help with Deck and Fence builds for the 2024 season starting in April and running through to the fall. Jobs are primarily located in Durham Region and the GTA.
* This is an Integrity and Customer Service driven company. * Zero Tolerance for out of character behavior.
$25 per hour to start. Days are 8 - 9 hours long.
*Must Have: - experience building decks and framing fences. -steel toe boots / shoes -comfortable with occasional ladder work (walk out decks) ‐own vehicle (highly recommended) -impact driver with bits, batteries and charger -tool belt -tape measure -know how to read a tape to the 16th -comfortable using mitre saw and circular saw ( & other hand power tools) -works well with others -not afraid to ask questions -ok with taking directions -hard worker -motivated -reliable -customer service
