AlarmTek Smart Security, a family-owned leader in innovative security solutions, is seeking a detail-oriented and proficient Bookkeeper to enhance our accounting team in Saskatchewan. This role is pivotal in maintaining our financial integrity and supporting our mission to deliver exceptional security services.

Role :
As our bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the full spectrum of our financial transactions. Your responsibilities include:
Comprehensive bookkeeping: Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations with precision and expertise.
Financial reporting: Prepare accurate financial reports and statements, contributing to strategic decision-making.
Collaborative teamwork: Engage with our dedicated accounting team to optimize financial processes and share insights.
Diligent record-keeping: Maintain thorough and organized financial records, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Passionate about numbers: You have a strong affinity for numerical accuracy and detail-oriented work.
Expertise in QuickBooks Desktop: Your proficiency in QuickBooks is essential for success in this role.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel: You are highly skilled in using Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
Experience with CRM systems: Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an added advantage.
Proven experience in bookkeeping: Your background demonstrates substantial experience and knowledge in a similar role.
Organizational skills: You exhibit excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Team collaboration: While you can work independently, you also thrive in a team environment.
