Job description

Are you keen on working in a private aesthetic clinic where you can leverage your Medical Office Administration education and experience to support service delivery and client/patient care, while learning about the latest innovations and technology in skincare? This role is available in Ottawa.

We are supporting a medically-supervised skincare and cosmetic clinic team with their search for a Medical Aesthetic Receptionist. This Receptionist will join a very well-established, professional team comprised of friendly, service-oriented individuals who are passionate about providing comfort and care for their patients! If supporting service while learning about the latest skincare products, innovations, and treatments sparks your interest, and you'd prefer to work in a clinic setting that is focused on white glove service and wellness, we want to hear from you! Shift times run Monday through Friday from approximately 8:30 am through 4:30 pm or 9:00 am through 5:00 pm (candidates are encouraged to advise as to their preference, though flexibility is also appreciated). Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Receptionist is an important part of the client experience in this clinic setting and will focus on tasks relating to telephone reception, client service, scheduling, and coordination, greeting and coordinating patient intake for physician, nurse, and technician appointments, maintaining files and charts and other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Medical Office Administration diploma preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role, ideally in a clinic setting
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
