In this role, you'll be the financial backbone of our clients’ property management operations,
ensuring accuracy, compliance, and optimization at every turn.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management: Manage all financial aspects of assigned properties, including
budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
2. Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes,
ensuring timely payments and accurate invoicing.
3. General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain the general ledger for assigned properties,
reconciling accounts and ensuring accuracy.
4. Expense Analysis: Analyze property expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings

and efficiency improvements.
5. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and assist with tax filings as
needed.
6. Lease Administration: Work closely with leasing teams to ensure accurate lease
administration and billing.
7. Financial Audits: Assist with financial audits by providing documentation and support as
needed.
8. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with property vendors and contractors, ensuring
compliance with contracts and budgetary guidelines.
9. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
within the property accounting function.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in property accounting or real estate finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
