General Sales Manager
GTA East Progressive Dealer Group
A wellestablished and awardwinning Ford automotive dealership located in GTA East Ontario is seeking a General Sales Manager who provides exemplary customer service and creates lifelong customers to join their organization. The ideal candidate for this position will be handson and have extensive new and used vehicle automotive sales management experience along with a proven track record of success!
We are looking for a coach and leader capable of inspiring sales staff to new heights of personal performance and in the process creating an environment that foster exceptional internal and external customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
You will lead/execute our new vehicle sales strategy drive results in F& I customer retention & team member growth.
· Advise lead and mentor team members to attain sales and financial goals
· Produce an environment that is conducive to managing daily workflow effectively and efficiently
· Supported by an aggressive group marketing team you will utilize and implement advertising marketing and pricing programs and strategies to generate increased volume and profit
Organize plan and execute special sales events and campaigns
· Liaise with other management to ensure effective communication and ultimate customer satisfaction in the Sales/Service process
· In the balancing and acquisition of vehicle inventory you will analyze market trends and competitively price and prepare vehicles for sale maintaining desired inventory levels turnover and profits.
· Work to secure excellent customer service and customer loyalty
· Maintain an awareness of competitive market activity.
Qualifications
· Must have extensive knowledge of a broad range of vehicle product makes and a minimum of five years of vehicle sales management experience. The company is known for providing highend highperformance products that generate exceptional profit opportunities so an enthusiasm for the automotive industry in general is an asset.
· A positive attitude and the ability to create a positive work environment is essential
· Effective communication skills and ability to work well with a diverse group of personalities
· Ability to be analytical problemsolve and work in a fastpaced environment
· Strong written and verbal skills are a must!
· Initiativetaking and enthusiastic
· Proficient computer skills with a keen working understanding of social media platforms.
