Job description
BCIT's *Information Technology Services* department is seeking a *regular, full-time (1.0 FTE) ServiceNow Functional Analyst*. This position will function as part of our Service Management Solutions team. IT Services is a dynamic environment with a passion for serving our students, faculty, and staff. The Service Management Solutions team provisions service management solutions for IT Services and other service departments across the Institute.
This position works under general direction and occasional supervision, and the successful applicant will be responsible for providing innovative and modern service management solutions. The focus of this position is to contribute to the overall design and implementation of processes and applications using the ServiceNow platform to enhance service and support across the institute.
