What You'll Be Doing
- Act as a representative of Adi Developments as first point of contact for prospects
- Receive and direct incoming emails and telephone calls in a courteous, professional, and timely manner
- Preparing and processing Purchase and Sale Agreements, Amendments and related documents
- Prepare and maintain all purchaser files and customer interactions in CRM
- Tracking sales metrics and issuing daily sales reports to senior leadership/stakeholders
- Verifying purchase details, including customers' personal information, deposits, mortgage pre-approvals, and co-operating commissions
- Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain information
- Expediting the ongoing flow of sales information and payment documents
- Ensuring Sales Center is clean, fully stocked, and presentable at all times
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, as required
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED (associate’s or bachelor's degree in business administration is a plus)
- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Experience with industry software such as SalesForce, Blackline, Salesfish, or similar
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping, ideally in High Rise preconstruction administration
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
