Personal Lines TSR Position - Markham
Job Description
Our client is currently looking for a Personal Line TSR to support the Personal Insurance Team. This role will support their CSR & Producers and will back up receptionist during breaks. Role may require MS office skills and insurance systems (PowerBroker) and provide administrative support for assigned teams or projects. This role will prepare you to grow into a Personal Lines CSR role.
Responsibilities:
As a TSR you are responsible to provide administrative support to account managers.
A working knowledge of Power Broker, Compu-quote, Company Portals, pull MVR’s and Auto plus reports (or have strong computer skills and be willing to learn on these systems) is an asset.
As a TSR you are responsible for daily edi downloads and edocs review and re-assignment.
As a TSR you will be trained to back up in reception and be able to transfer calls to CSR & Producers in a prompt & professional manner.
As a TSR you will be in charge of incoming & outgoing mails and documents
Professional and friendly with all interactions with clients and Insurance Companies and fellow workers.
RIBO License (or willing to obtain)
One to Two years’ experience in Personal Lines Insurance is preferred.
Self-Starter, must be able to work both in a team and independently, demonstrates problem solving and decision making, organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize under pressure, punctual, attention to detail.
Starting salary is $35,000.00 per year and includes Group Benefits Plan, vacation and personal days and free parking.
