We are seeking skilled Chicken Plant Workers to join our client. This position will be responsible for taking care of the manual deboning workstation and operate its specific functions such as manually deboning the chicken with tools such as the boning knife and filleting knife. Duties also involve separating the bones and chicken in separate bins.
Responsibilities:
- Bring the “In Process” chicken quantities in, following FIFO (First In First Out)
- Deboning the chicken bones manually by using a knife and leaving a “meat only” product
- Matching each different item (Supplier, Date of Slaughter etc.) to the label referred to.
- Check and inspect the output boneless chicken from the deboning machine by ensuring that it is free from bones, skin or any foreign materials.
- Maintain Food Quality, GMP’s, heath and safety regulations
- Maintain activity log(s) and fill it with proper data.
- Perform appropriate closing duties such as clearing the line from all remaining chicken qty, bins and skids.
- Ad-hoc tasks related to production.
