Start: ASAP
Estimated length: 12 months
Location: North York
Hybrid remote work, 2 - 3 days a week onsite

Responsibilities
Serve as a bridge between business users and technology teams to define and manage requirements.
Translate business requirements to functional design.
Prepare and document Functional and Technical Design specifications according to client standards and methodologies.
Eliciting, analyzing, documenting and validating business requirements, process flows, identifying system and process solution components, and producing functional specifications.
Leads and coaches other business analysts at all levels.
Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems

Evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements
Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems
Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives
Works under the direction of a project manager.

Qualifications
Demonstrated business systems analysis experience
Undergraduate degree and CBAP designation.
Minimum 5 years experience in an Agile delivery environment is required.
Skill sets required for BA and BSA resources
Great analytical, presentation, and documentation skills
Must have experience with MS Team, Webex, Slack and Miro, Jira and Confluence
Prefer bilingual (English, French)
Will be part of an agile team and must know how to work in this type of model
