Job description

The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement, Building Services, Infrastructure Support, Saskatoon, is seeking an individual to join their service team in Saskatoon as an Instrumentation Journeyperson to provide facility maintenance within our government facilities for Northern Saskatchewan.

As a member of a service-oriented team, you will perform preventive maintenance and minor equipment repairs. You will ensure facilities and equipment are safe and efficient and meet operating standards for HVAC, Life Safety equipment, and Direct Digital Controls (DDC/Pneumatic).

To be successful in this role, our candidate will be:

- Thorough and attentive to detail. Ensuring quality, accuracy and work is accomplished in a timely manner in accordance with life safety standards and departmental deadlines; and
- Approachable, cooperative, and flexible when dealing with clients, co-workers, and the public.

To be considered for this position, you must have a Journeyperson Instrumentation certification, a valid 5th-class Saskatchewan Drivers License, and the ability to travel 50% of the time.
