The Sixt Finance Department is looking for an Accounting Coordinator (Onsite) who will support the Accounts Receivable (including Fleet,) Accounts Payable, internal controls and audit functions while also providing basic administrative support to our Canadian Operations team. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:

Key Responsibilities: 
• Serve as the primary contact for the Canadian Accounts Receivable/Fleet Receivable and Accounts Payable issues 
• Review all invoices for accuracy and completeness in accordance with established policies and procedures. Handle invoices weekly (including tolls, parking violations, fines, etc.) 
• Ensure that all chargebacks are processed timely and accurately 
• Establish, develop and maintain Canadian customers, vendors and corporate relationships and deal with any customer disputes/issues 
• Work closely with the United States and Germany AR/AP department to handle all corporate accounts and ensure payments received have been booked and cleared 
• Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and perform other administrative/clerical functions as needed 
• Monitor Fleet Receivable accounts and follow up with fleet sale customers  
• Ensure titles are released according to release triggers and collaborate with remarketing team 
• Ensure proper and timely invoicing of all fleet sales and auditing of in-service dates, out-of-service dates, and reconditioning costs  
• Serve as the primary contact for the Canadian Accounts Receivable (damage collections, ICBC -Insurance Corporation of British Columbia, etc.) and Payable issues (Rent, Vendors, Airport Concessions, parking agreements, etc.) 
• Ensure titles/vehicles registrations are scanned and sent to CT Services for storage and safe keeping. 
• Perform any additional accounting and clerical functions to support Accounting Manager 

Qualifications



• Associate's degree
• Knowledge of MS Office software Word and Excel
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week 
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule 
• Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future 
• Proficiency in English and French 
• Ability to communicate in other languages (Portuguese, Spanish, German, etc.) is a plus
