We are currently looking for an accounts payable technician (suppliers) for a large company in the West Island of Montreal.

Position: Accounts payable technician
Duration: Permanent
Location: Dollard Des Ormeaux
Work mode: on site
Salary: 50- 60 K annually

Responsibilities
This Accounts Payable Technician position includes the following tasks:
Receiving, entering and coding supplier invoices
Follow the document approval and matching process
Analyze transmitted data and take initiative in proposing improvements
Process a high volume of documents

Qualifications
Bilingualism (French and English)
Knowledge of the full A/P cycle including
3 way matching and supplier payment
Versatile and rigorous person
Experience with a multi-entity company
