As the HR Manager, you play a critical role maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture, prioritizing the well-being and satisfaction of our employees. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Provide HR leadership, encompassing responsibilities for managing multiple sites, including international locations. Leading team on company policies, employment standards, legal compliance, performance management, attendance violations, termination procedures, conflict resolution, and employee development opportunities.
- Analyze general employee feedback, including exit interviews, to identify organizational areas of concern. Collaborate with leadership to formulate recommendations and strategies for improving employee relations and overall workplace satisfaction.
- Lead recruitment and selection activities across various organizational levels. Ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process, contributing to the acquisition of top talent aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage the new employee orientation process to facilitate smooth integration into the company culture. Develop and enhance orientation materials to provide comprehensive information to new hires.
- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of accurate employee records, files, and reports. Ensure compliance with record-keeping standards and contribute to audit readiness.
- Lead required compliance filings, staying on top of legal changes and ensuring the organization's adherence to regulatory compliance, organizational quality, environmental, health & safety programs.
- Oversee compensation administration, ensuring competitive and equitable pay practices.
- Work closely with social committees to assist in planning, communicating budgets, and setting expectations for social events, fostering a vibrant company culture.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- 7-10 years in various HR roles highlighting career progression including previous management experience.
- Possesses extensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Displays strong interpersonal skills, fostering positive connections with colleagues.
- Capable of building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Possesses the ability to influence stakeholders to achieve HR and organizational objectives.
- Demonstrates conduct befitting the HR role, reflecting a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and adherence to organizational core values.
- Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in navigating varied HR roles and responsibilities.
- Proven track record of achieving positive outcomes and results in HR functions and organizational effectiveness.
