Job description

We are looking for a service technician for our machine manufacturing division who will be able to travel once a week per month to the United States to carry out installation.

Responsibilities
• Preparing some of the electrical wiring that goes into our machines
• Preparing parts for assembly and stock for CNC milling (using a saw, a lathe and a conventional mill) loading them onto a skid, etc)
• Assembling & wiring specialized sub-modules and sub-assemblies
• Assembling and aligning various lenses and optical systems
• Carrying out various tasks to help support our machine building operations

• Building machines
• Carrying out system setup, alignment and calibration
• Travel once a month for a week to clients based in the U.S.

Qualifications
- DEP in industrial mechanics or electromechanics;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the industrial field;
- The ideal candidate has good skills in mechanics and sheet metal work;
- Hands-on experience working in a machine shop using various manual machining tools and equipment
- Applicant must be able to travel to the United States
- Bilingual is a must
