Driver Helper/Mover
Moncton, NB
We are currently looking for driver helper/mover to join our client's team in Moncton, NB. Our client has grown to become a leader in helping move people across the country and around the world. They offer storage solutions, long and short term, for their clients to provide superior service.
The Helper works closely with an assigned Driver and is responsible for assisting in loading & offloading items from company vehicles.
Available Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Rate of Pay: $16.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
• Assists in loading materials/freight in accordance with deliveries and safety protocols.
• Assists with pre-work delivery departure tasks; prepares vehicle equipment and pre-trip vehicle inspections.
• Use of handheld devices to track deliveries and retrieve customer information.
• Provides customer service with clients when confirming delivery time and location.
• Other duties as assigned
Candidate Qualifications:
• Using handheld devices for deliveries.
• Lifting up to 50lbs
• Experience in navigating residential roads
• This role requires the submission of a criminal record search
