Your responsibilities in a few words
Control all accounting activities including the supervision and development of the accounting, purchasing and sales team - Organize monthly financial statements and develop variance analyzes - Ensure the preparation and management of established budgets and carry out financial projections - Develop reports measuring budgetary gaps, performance indicators and developing areas for strategic improvement - Manage the end of financial years and organize the activities of internal auditors - Design methods for establishing and accounting for the cost price and internal control procedures - Have responsibility for the development, updating and dissemination of the functionalities of the integrated accounting management system - Allocate the financial resources necessary for the implementation of the organization's policies and programs and establish administrative and financial - Manage the employee payroll system in compliance with laws and regulations so that deductions and payable compensation are made - Represent the organization to act on its behalf during negotiations or other official functions - Maintain good relations with institutions financial institutions with the aim of negotiating with them and obtaining the most advantageous credit and mortgage rates - Depending on the interests of the company, make submissions or quotes by doing the necessary research for their preparation - Actively participate in the implementation of a new ERP system - Collaborate with the company's operational and support departments

Your strengths for this position
• BAC in accounting
• Hold a CPA designation
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a controller involving personnel management, payroll processing and budget analysis
• Strong IT skills
• Skilled with the Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel)
• Implementation and/or optimization of ERP (asset)
• Experience in research and development, SKUE, PO and EDI (asset)
• Comfortable in an SME environment (asset)
• Good command of budget planning, forecasting and financial analysis
• Bilingualism: Required
