We are looking for an experienced Games Producer to join our team and work with a team of internal designers, artists and product managers to deliver first-class gameplay experiences to our players. You will be responsible for working with our external development partners to deliver on the vision and expectations you and your team set. You will bring your extensive experience in game development and understanding of how each phase and discipline operates and interacts with one another. You are the Games Producer and you will be accountable to creating games with compelling visions that complement and improve the larger Pogo meta.
Key Responsibilities (What you will do)
- Work with Games team leads to establish a vision and feature set for each new game
- Manage end to end production of new games, accountable for working with developers to meet milestone commitments, quality targets and business KPIs
- Provide the context for how the game and features fits into the larger Pogo meta, how it fits into the marketplace, and how it will delight our players
- Use a deep understanding of the competitor landscape, market opportunities and player expectations to shape the vision of games and their features
- Utilize previous and current key performance indicators, metrics and business goals to help shape the game’s vision and features
- Own prioritization within the Game team to help shape the vision of the game while working closely with peers to ensure vision alignment
- Approve milestone deliverables against aligned upon vision and KPIs
- Analyze quality and business KPIs; recommend action plan to based on analysis
- Partner with Game team leads to develop features to drive new engagement, monetization and acquisition
- Work closely with teams across different time zones and locations
Qualifications (What you know how to do)
- 5+ years experience as an Games Producer or similar role in the industry
- Experience and passion for the casual games space
- Ability to learn new tools and process quickly
- Ability to inspire teams to achieve the established vision and goals
- Ability to read the audience and cater the presentation to them
- Ability to understand scope versus capacity and prioritizes appropriately
- Ability to learn from success and failures of past games
- Ability to utilize data/metrics in daily/weekly work
- Deep understanding of the game industry, trends, competition, market, etc.
- Deep understanding of game development processes (i.e., workflows, content, tech areas)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Readiness to work with a globally distributed development team. Nice To Have
- 8+ years working in the game industry on one or more live service titles
- Past experience working in web or platform development
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the range and benefits for your specific location.

Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $95,450 - $141,800 USD Annually
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $89,200 - $141,800 USD Annually
• Jersey City, NJ :
º $105,250 - $141,800 USD Annually
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $89,200 - $118,550 USD Annually
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $89,200 - $130,750 USD Annually
• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $77,600 - $119,000 CAN Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
