OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our marketing team as a Growth Hacker and Digital Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our brand through innovative digital marketing strategies, content creation, community engagement, and a passion for creative expression.

WHAT YOU LL BE DOING IN THE ROLE:

• Develop and execute creative strategies for user acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Analyze data to identify key growth opportunities and optimize marketing performance.
• Collaborate with product development and our science team to implement growth initiatives.
• Develop Ideal Consumer Profile (ICP): research and validate Versos ideal user profile and lead engagement strategies to acquire them as Versos users.
• Utilize analytics tools to gather and analyze data, providing actionable insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in generative AI, mixed reality, and 3D content development in games, film and advertising.

WHAT SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS YOU LL NEED TO DO THE JOB:

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in growth hacking or digital marketing.
• Proven experience as a Growth Hacker or similar role in a start-up tech environment preferably in the game industry.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools. Google Analytics certification is required. Hubspot experience preferred.
• Expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, influencer and email marketing.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Passion for staying ahead of industry trends and adapting strategies accordingly.
