Job description
Are you a customer focused individual with order fulfillment experience? Apply now for this permanent role in North West Winnipeg.
This is a hybrid role of customer service desk and warehouse associate. The ideal candidate will have previous experience assisting customers as well as order picking and packing/receiving. Must be able to work well in a small, team environment. This is a fast paced environment, must be able to handle a consistent pace of work and have the ability to meet customer deadlines.

Responsibilities
-Receiving orders, using manual pallet jack
-Pick and pack orders using a paper pick sheet
-Customer service, answering customer calls and emails
-Ensuring customer satisfaction, assisting with customer deliveries as needed
-Assisting in day to day order fulfillment duties
-Inventory duties as needed
Qualifications
-Client centered approach/mindset
-Previous experience in a warehouse environment
-Organization, time management and communication skills
-Physically capable of prolonged standing, lifting 50lbs as needed
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
-Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet time-sensitive deadlines
-Valid drivers license required
-Must be able to pass a criminal backcheck
